The Business Philosopher Within You Podcast: A thoughtful conversation platform for business founders, organization builders and thought leaders.

We explore frameworks, perspectives and strategies that tap into the Business Philosopher inside you — enabling high‑performing, enduring organizations.

What Does It Mean to Be a Guest?

Being a guest on The Business Philosopher Within You is not just a promotional opportunity — it's an invitation to a deeper conversation.

We explore timeless questions and practical insights at the intersection of:

  • Conscious leadership
  • Business philosophy
  • Human-centered entrepreneurship
  • Organizational design
  • Inner wisdom in decision-making

Our best-fit guests are thoughtful founders, creators, and professionals who have reflected deeply on the “why” behind their work. We’re less interested in pitch decks and personal brands — and more interested in inner frameworks, lived experience, and hard-won clarity.

As a guest, your role is to contribute to a collective dialogue. We shape each episode with intention, to serve our audience — founders seeking to build self-sustaining organizations that outlast themselves. We handle the recording, editing, and publishing. You simply show up ready to think out loud with us.

Who We Invite As Guests

We invite two categories of guests on the show. Our primary focus is to explore the human factor in each discipline.

The first category comprises business leaders who have built thriving organizations and are willing to share the business philosophies that contributed to their success. The second category consists of experts, authorities and thought leaders from diverse backgrounds who can offer their wisdom to help us become better business philosophers and build self-sustaining organizations.

Have a different angle you would like to explore? Reach out and tell us about it or go ahead and apply.

  • Organization Builders
  • Experts, Authorities, Thought Leaders
  • Business Founders, Presidents and CEOs who have built successful, thriving businesses

We ask them to share the business philosophies that helped them create highly successful, thriving businesses. Our primary focus is on presidents, CEOs, and owners who have built organizations with 20 to 200 employees.
  • Organizational Leaders who have built high-performing organizations through compassionate leadership

We discuss their leadership philosophies and strategies for building high-performing organizations.
  • Career professionals who have advanced their careers by being their own best business philosophers

We explore with them the essential elements of their personal leadership and business philosophies that contributed to their career success.

What You Will Need

All our interviews are recorded remotely with a computer and internet access. This means that you don't need to leave your home or office to record the podcast.
A Laptop or desktop with Internet access and browser.

We recommend a laptop or desktop over a mobile phone for a smoother, trouble-free experience.

A microphone and headphones or earphones.

We are a video podcast, but sound is still the more important part of recording. Wearing earphones allows a clear  conversation and crisp recording.

A camera (built-in camera in your computer will do just fine).

We publish in both video and audio formats, so video is an important part of the completed episode.

A quiet, well-lit place to sit or stand.

Make sure you silence your phone and minimize interruptions while recording.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) About Being a Guest

We deeply value your time and perspective. Our aim is to create conversations that outlive trends and help shape enduring organizations. If you’re aligned with that vision, we’d love to hear from you.

Who is this podcast for?

This podcast is for founders, leaders, creators and thinkers who shape human-centric, self-sustaining businesses. If your work explores the intersection of philosophy, leadership, culture or creativity in business, you're in the right place.

Do you charge guests to appear?

No. We do not charge to be interviewed on the podcast.
We carefully select guests whose insights align with the mission of the show.

However, if you'd like to license the content for your own use (e.g., to post on your own website or YouTube), or if you're looking for a custom, brand-owned interview, we offer separate paid services. More below.

Can I use clips from our interview for my own marketing?

If we decide to create and share short clips or highlights from your episode, we’ll tag you when posting them on our official channels.

However:

  • These clips are not guaranteed
  • We don’t send them directly to guests
  • You may share public links to our content, but you may not download or re-upload any content unless you’ve licensed it

This ensures alignment with our editorial integrity and brand control.

Will you promote my episode?

We regularly post selected episodes on our channels and sometimes share short clips on social media. However, promotion is not guaranteed, and we reserve full editorial discretion.

Our goal is to amplify meaningful conversations that align with our themes—but we don’t promise media coverage or exposure.

What if I want to cancel?

We understand that life happens. Please give as much notice as possible so we can reschedule or offer the opportunity to another guest. Last-minute cancellations may affect future opportunities.

Where can I review the Guest Release?

You’ll be asked to agree to our Podcast Guest Release before scheduling your session. This outlines:

  • Editorial rights
  • Content ownership
  • Usage boundaries
  • Confidentiality
  • Legal protections

It’s legally required and ensures clarity for all parties.

What does it mean to be a guest on this podcast?

We shape each episode with intention, to serve our audience — founders seeking to build self-sustaining organizations that outlast themselves. We handle the recording, editing, and publishing. You simply show up ready to think out loud with us.

You’re welcome to share the published episode for your own promotional purposes — and we’ll tag you when we post as well. Just know this isn’t a co-branded production or private media service. We retain full creative direction and ownership of the final product.

Can I get the raw footage or video file?

Generally, no. The raw or unedited footage is not included as part of your guest appearance.

If you’d like to license a copy of the raw interview footage, we offer that as a separate paid media service, starting at $2,000 USD. This grants you usage rights under a custom license agreement. Reach out if you’re interested.

I really want to use the content for our own branding—what are my options?

We offer two professional options:

  1. Media Licensing Package
License the full interview (raw or edited) to post on your own platforms
    → Starting at $2,000

  2. Custom Interview Session
A separate 1:1 interview recorded solely for your own brand or audience. You retain usage rights.
→ Custom pricing based on scope

These services are completely optional and unrelated to your guest appearance on the podcast.

Can I choose the questions or direction of the interview?

We welcome your input and key themes, but the direction of the conversation is editorially driven. We aim for a natural, unscripted flow that prioritizes insight, not pitches.

What do I need to prepare?

Just show up ready to have a thoughtful conversation. We recommend:

  • A quiet, well-lit environment
  • A good microphone or headphones
  • Stable internet
  • Avoid using virtual backgrounds

We’ll send you a calendar invite and recording link once your session is confirmed.
