About the Author

Bhavesh is a transformational leader, trainer and coach who ignites deep cultural change in organizations by engaging the innate humanness of their people.

He has helped transform 368 companies of varying sizes with 1246 executives and professionals and logged well over 1000 hours in classroom training, instructing and working with hundreds of business professionals. This experience forms the bed-rock of the Strategy Guide he brings you on this page.

Bhavesh has put together his skills and experience in a teachable framework called Humanity Frameworkᵀᴹ. Humanity Frameworkᵀᴹ is an organizational and cultural transformation methodology that honors, unlocks and channels the innate humanity of people and helps business leaders build organizations as a microcosm of the world they want to see.
