Fact # 1: we all sell at one point or another, some more often than others. Fact # 2: there are only two kinds of salespeople, the really bad ones who are obnoxiously annoying (there are so many of this kind) and the great sales people who create a fantastic experience for the buyer (we need a lot more of this kind).
